We celebrated our 25th anniversary in 1996 (we started up originally as the Kingston Coalition for Social Action). Incorporated in 1971, Kingcole currently operates a 19 suite apartment building located at 105 Cherry Street, Kingston in the heart of the "fruit and nut belt" of the city. We are within easy walking distance of both downtown shops and the university. Our apartments are spacious in size and vary from one to four bedroom suites. Rents are fully serviced and include heat, power and water. Recent improvements to the building include a full security entrance, gas fired water heating and a recycling centre.
