Lois Miller Co-op consists
of 84 apartments in three, four-storey apartment buildings
comprised of one, two and three bedroom apartments. The co-op's
office is located at Suite 202, 234 Guthrie Drive in the
north-west section of Kingston, K7K 6K8

Kingston Co-operative Homes
consists of 95 townhouses with one, two, three and four
bedroom homes. Our office is located at Suite 14, 1338 Princess
Street, near Portsmouth Avenue, Kingston, K7M 7N9

Cataraqui Co-op is
located at 416 Elliot Avenue near Division Street, and consists
of 26 two and three bedroom townhouses. Mailing address: Suite

All the Co-ops have a few homes suitable for disabled persons as well as some subsidy money to assist those with limited income.

Each house or apartment is supplied with a refrigerator and electric range. Monthly charges do not include heating, hydro, phone or cable costs. Kingston Co-op has electric baseboard heating except for our one bedrooms suites which are gas-heated.
